Cheese powder is made from natural cheese by crushing process. The traditional process uses grated, coarser particles, and is generally used in the food and beverage industry. Modern production of cheese powder mostly uses spray drying method, the particles are fine, and the appearance is similar to milk powder, which is milky white to light gray.
Recommended amount: 1-5%, according to your production requirement
Application: cheese can be eaten raw or cooked, eaten alone or with other ingredients, like pizza, bread, cake etc.
Shelf life: 12 month
Storage conditions: Being stored in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse. Use it as soon as possible after opening or be well sealed for storage.
